How do I enroll in a course?
You can browse our list of courses, select a course, and complete the registration and payment process online. For live classes, you could request a demo, fill up an application form, make the payment, and then classes can commence.
Do I need any special software or equipment to attend classes?
A computer or tablet with a stable internet connection, a microphone, and a webcam (for live classes) are recommended. Specific software requirements, if any, will be mentioned in the course description.
What is the difference between live classes and self-paced courses?
Live classes are real-time interactive sessions with instructors, while self-paced courses are pre-recorded lessons that you can access anytime, anywhere.
Live Classes FAQs
What is the payment structure for live classes?
Fees for live classes are collected in advance for 10 hours at an hourly rate. After the first 10 hours are completed, a request will be sent to pay for the next 10 hours.
No, there is no refund for live classes as payments are made only after a demo class and once the learner is satisfied.
How are classes scheduled?
Classes are scheduled based on mutual convenience between the learner and the instructor.
What happens if I skip a scheduled class?
If a session is skipped without adequate notice and confirmation, it will still be accounted for in the billing. For learners in small group sessions, an extra individual session will need to be taken before the next group session. This extra session will also be billed.
Can I reschedule a class in case of an emergency?
Classes should not be skipped unless there is an emergency or unavoidable circumstance. Advance notice and confirmation must be obtained from the instructor as far as possible.
What if I need help with only a specific topic or doubt? Can I request a class of duration of 1 hour or a few hours for learning that topic or clearing my doubt?
You can request live one-on-one sessions for doubt clearing or learning specific topics. The fees for these sessions will be charged separately and must be paid before the session starts.
How many students will there be in a live online class?
It will be one-on-one or in small groups learning the same topic.
Recorded Self-Paced Courses FAQs
How long can I access recorded courses?
Recorded courses come with a defined access period, which will be communicated at the time of enrollment.
What happens if my course access period expires?
After the access period expires, you can request renewed access by making an additional payment.
Are recorded lessons downloadable?
No, recorded lessons are available for streaming only to protect intellectual property.

Refunds are not available for live classes or recorded courses, as payments for live classes are made only after a satisfactory demo and recorded courses are delivered upon enrollment.
