Policy Details

  • There will be no refund of any fees paid, and no change in learner/student, course, or terms will be allowed in lieu of a refund.
  • Refunds will only be provided for hours not completed if the Teacher/Trainer cannot complete the scheduled hours due to personal or official reasons, and a Replacement Teacher/Trainer is not appointed.
  • If a proposed course for which fees have been collected is not commenced within a reasonable time after the scheduled date, the fees will be refunded. However, if an alternative schedule is suggested by the Academy and confirmed by the Student, no refund will be given.
  • Any double payment received in error will be refunded or kept as a credit to be adjusted within one month.
  • If a student’s lack of application, sincerity, or disruptive behavior prevents them from continuing, the refund will be at the discretion of Carlagan Academy.
  • In case of discontinuation of classes by the Academy, proportionate fees for completed classes will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded to the student.
